3. Honest and Transparent Selling
Trust is at the heart of every successful marketplace.
Vendors must:

- Use genuine images of their work.
- Clearly communicate sizes, materials, and condition.
- Ship orders within stated timeframes.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries.
Buyers are expected to:
