Because Art is Lit celebrates original and handmade creations, exact replicas are generally not available. However, many artists may be able to create coordinating or complementary pieces in a similar style, colour palette, medium, or theme to form a collection.
Simply contact the artist through their profile to discuss the possibilities.
Your receipt is included in your Order Confirmation email, which is sent immediately after purchase.
You can also log in to your account and view your complete order history, including receipts, under My Account > Orders.
If you checked out as a guest, your receipt will have been sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Once your order has been marked as delivered, you have 48 hours to inspect your purchase and report any issues.
If the item arrives damaged, significantly differs from the description, or another issue arises, you can open a claim through Art is Lit during the inspection period.
Many artworks on Art is Lit are one-of-a-kind pieces and may not be restocked once sold.
However, some artists accept commissions or may be able to create similar pieces upon request.
If you see something you love that is no longer available, contact the artist directly to explore custom or commissioned options.

Unless otherwise stated, all artworks sold on Art is Lit are original creations produced by independent artists and makers.

Artwork images displayed on Art is Lit are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Images may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the artist’s written permission.

After your purchase:
You will receive an order confirmation email.
The artist will prepare and dispatch your order.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Once delivery is confirmed, your 48-hour inspection period begins.
If no issues are reported within 48 hours, the transaction is completed and payment is released to the artist.
Many artworks make wonderful gifts. Buyers can arrange delivery directly to the recipient’s address during checkout
If you would like gift wrapping or a personalised message, please contact the artist before purchasing to check availability.

To protect both buyers and artists, payments are held securely until the buyer has had the opportunity to inspect their purchase.
Once delivery is confirmed, the buyer has 48 hours to report any issues.
If the buyer confirms they are happy, or no issue is reported within the 48-hour period, payment will be released automatically after Art is Lit’s commission has been deducted.

Vendors are solely responsible for managing their own tax obligations, including income tax, VAT, sales taxes, and any other applicable taxes in their country or jurisdiction.

You may only upload images, artwork, and content that you own or have permission to use.
Uploading copyrighted or unauthorised content may result in listing removal or account suspension.
If a buyer reports an issue during the 48-hour inspection period:
Funds remain on hold.
The buyer will be asked to provide evidence.
You will have an opportunity to respond.
Art is Lit may assist in reviewing the situation.
We encourage respectful communication and fair resolutions whenever possible.

Submit content for “Behind the Art.”
Promote exhibitions and workshops through “The Creative Calendar.”
Share their work through social media and link back to their Art is Lit store.

By listing on Art is Lit, you grant us permission to feature your artwork, profile, and listings in marketplace promotions, newsletters, social media, and community features.
You always retain ownership of your artwork and intellectual property.
