Reverse Withdrawal Payment

Art is Lit offers a 48-hour inspection period from the confirmed delivery date.

If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please submit a return request within 48 hours.

Where possible, include photographs of the issue.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method once the return has been approved.

As many artworks are one of a kind or made to order, change of mind returns are generally not accepted unless the artist agrees.
